My tour of the best porn forums online
Forums used to be incredibly popular back in the day – they still have utility in the modern era, but I think that most of my readers have moved on. The good news is that if you still like to get your hands on media with this approach, there are places for you to go to. The question is always whether or not a particular place has what you want – that’s where MrPornGeek comes in handy! See, I’m the resident reviewer on the Internet, and it’s my job to scour the World Wide Web in the hopes of uncovering the greatest hubs that give you exactly what you want. From word of mouth discussions on your favorite pornstars through to sharing media and more – it’s about time for you to look through the forums that are out there and ready to provide you with a lot of fun. This particular section of my site is literally all about forums and giving you the ability to download what you need: it’s pretty awesome, right? Rest assured that I’ll go above and beyond the call of duty in these reviews – all so you can have the right spots to go to for the content you need!
What types of forums are you reviewing?
There are plenty of different themes here: some are giving you a look at celebrity content, so if you want to talk about the girl of your dreams from TV, you can. Others look at the world of pornstars and in particular, their hottest uploads and latest releases. I also have uncovered forums here that are about webcam videos, Japanese adult entertainment and vintage media – practically every single type of content type has some area somewhere for you to investigate, and my job as the reviewer is to separate the average destinations from those really giving you your money’s worth. I want you to realize that my job from the very beginning has been about connecting you with the top options in the space: I really care about the cream and when it rises to the top, you’ll get sent in the correct direction. I’ve tried to include quite a few options here, because there are lots of niches, but truth be told – if it’s not good, it’s not good. Even if you have a particular sub-genre of media that you’re obsessed with, I’d rather just send you to a tube site or something else instead to get your fix. Forums are a unique place and it takes a certain amount of posts and accessibility for me to bother to get you where you want to go.
What do you think makes a good adult forum?
Since forums have a particular structure, I tend to rely quite a bit of the objective metrics over everything else. For instance, if you’ve got a deep archive of posts, lots of sub-forums, regular new posts on a daily basis and new members joining regularly – that’s really good news, and you’re probably well on your way to getting a listing here on MPG. I think that design is also important, so color schemes, choices of font and that type of thing really do impact how I interact with a particular forum – some are just ugly, and I’ll mention that in my reviews too. A good example of this is XNXX, where they’ve decided to keep their absolutely ugly blue color scheme for some reason – they’ve got over 15 million messages to date, but you’d imagine it would be a lot more if they actually had a clean interface, right? I mean, that’s just my opinion, but I’m pretty convinced that it’s how things are, and in the past when MrPornGeek has had good intuitions, they turned out to be correct!
What are the downsides of forums?
For some of these places, you will need an account in order to see what’s available, and I think that can be a bit of a pain – especially when jumping through quite a few hoops. I really dislike the websites that won’t let you use burner emails either, because I don’t want to get a bunch of spam for no reason whenever I sign up to a particular hub! The truth is that I care about getting my hands on quality content, but I don’t want to run the risk of my email address being sold and littered with nonsense. I’ve done my best to filter out bad locations, and I think I’ve managed it – but let me know if you joined any of these spots and started to get messages you didn’t want. My mission from the get go has always been to ensure visitors to Mr. Porn Geek get safe and honest access to the type of adult fun they want, with no strings attached. Is that really so much to ask for? I don’t think it is!
I run an adult forum: can I get you to list it here, please?
Potentially, but don’t go thinking that just because you’re friendly with me, we’re going to get in bed with one another. The primary concern I have is that your website is actually good: if that’s not the case, we’re going to have some issues. I’ve mentioned above what I think a good forum is, and if you’re spamming users with adverts here and there, don’t make navigation easy and so on – I’m probably going to stay away from your spot and not recommend it to my loyal readers. However, if you think you have what it takes to stand with the hubs I’ve already suggested – please feel free to shoot me a message! I’m always open to improving my listings, and if you happen to be able to assist with that, I’ll be eternally grateful. Send me an email and we can talk about how business works in the adult game – thanks, much love, Mr. Porn Geek.
