A Boost increases a site’s visibility across the platform for 30 days, putting it in front of more users and increasing overall exposure.

💳 How to purchase a Boost?

Boosts are purchased directly from the review page. Click the black Boost button below the screenshot, complete the payment, and the Boost is activated sitewide across the homepage, all review pages, the leaderboard, and within the relevant category the site is listed in for maximum exposure. Boosts usually appear within minutes, but in some cases it can take up to 15 minutes to fully cache across the site.

🥇 Can Boosts place a site at the very top?

Boosts can push sites towards the top by increasing visibility based on Boost score. Positions update dynamically depending on overall boost activity across the platform.

👑  What is the Golden Crown?

Once a site crosses 500+ Boosts you unlock the Golden Crown. The site lights up with a gold background on the homepage, and the thumbnail gets a bold gold border on every page where the site appears. The Golden Crown is a visual feature only and does not affect how sites are reviewed or evaluated for quality.

💪 So can I stack different Boost packs?

Yes. Every Boost purchase adds to the total. Buy a 50X pack today and a 100X pack tomorrow, and the score becomes 150X. Boosts can be added over time to maintain or increase visibility within competitive categories.

⏰ What happens when Boosts expire?

Each Boost pack lasts for 720 hours, which works out at 30 days. When the Boost ends the score drops back down and the site goes to its usual position again.

🎯 How do Boosts affect my visibility?

Boost totals increase visibility across category listings and expand exposure throughout the site. Boosts don’t directly change the Site Score we assign to sites we review on MrPornGeek - but they do signal popularity. Users don’t typically email us saying, “Hey, what a fantastic site,” but fans show it by firing off a Boost - their way of saying that a site’s cool and deserves more attention. Over time, that kind of genuine activity can help strengthen the overall authority position on MrPornGeek.

💸 Are Boosts refundable?

Nope. Once you’ve fired them off, they run their course. Boosts may also be removed if a site is flagged for being malicious, misleading, redirecting traffic, or engaging in any other sketchy behaviour. If you experience an issue while activating a Boost and believe it’s a mistake, reach out to us via email and we’ll review it.
