This is one of the few subreddits out there that has a pretty weird name – I don’t know why they didn’t just decide to call this spot ‘Bored And Ignored’, but I’m pretty confident that in retrospect, they regret it deeply. Mr. Porn Geek is going to be taking a look here today and he’s pretty primed to tell everyone reading at home just how good (or bad) this place is when it comes to adult entertainment. Will Bored N Ignored deliver one of the hottest experiences ever, or will it fall short of all expectations? To begin with, Bored N Ignored was created in November of 2011 – this makes it a reasonably well aged community that likely isn’t going anywhere any time too. There are 164,000 followers here and from what I can determine, this means it’s one of the top 250 adult-related subreddits that you’ll come across. It has reasonable growth too – I wouldn’t be surprised to see it hit 200,000 people before the end of 2020! One final metric to check out: the frequency of new posts. When sorting everything here chronologically, you’ll likely find that Bored N Ignored gets 50 posts on a weekly basis. Slightly lower than other similarly sized places, but that’s not the end of the world – this niche is quite limited, so it somewhat explains it.

I’ve got to do a little content copping here on BoredNIgnored, so let’s go right ahead and look at the highest rated links from the last year to get ourselves a good idea of what’s considered the perfect examples of ‘Bored N Ignored’ in practice. I first decided to check the ratio of images to clips and was incredibly happy to see that out of the top 25 submissions, 23 went to GFYCat – a great platform that allows for sharing of short and enjoyable clips. The basic premise of the material here is women being fucked – or otherwise sexually engaged with – where they don’t seem to be particularly interested in the whole experience. It’s an interesting idea that is likely best represented by this clip and this clip: they were two of my favorites and perfectly sum up the average type of link shared on /r/BoredNIgnored.

My conclusion on BoredNIgnored

So where do I stand on this community? It’s an interesting niche to say the very least and I think if this type of material is something you’re fiending for, you’ll be hard pressed to find a better location on Reddit to get it. The submission rate could be higher, but we have to make concessions as the niche is likely harder to find than my biological father.
