Camarads: Mr. Porn Geek’s review

When you work in the adult entertainment industry, you come across a whole host of niches that you might not otherwise know exist. Some are more popular than others and in addition to that, some simply don’t have the right level of supply to quench the thirst of the salivating viewers. If I had to suggest any niche as having a chronic shortage of sources, it would definitely be the real-time voyeur webcam one. I’ve seen a few places that deal in this, but not nearly enough. The good news for you is that today, I’m going to be recommending a new place that you might not have heard of in this 24/7 streaming voyeur niche. First experience with Camarads

Jumping straight into the action is rarely a bad idea – especially when you’ve got a niche like this. Instead of some weird landing page and wall of text talking about the website, Camarads just shows you one of the free live streams that they have available. For those that don’t know, these websites basically have people living in apartments where you have full, unrestricted 24/7 access to various webcams that are dotted around their dwellings. Think of these chicks as being camgirls, but it’s on a whole new level of crazy. Anyway, I mention this because you get to watch one of these webcams as soon as you land on the homepage, which in my experience is often trained on a girl who’s up and around doing various things (some being sexual).

I have had a few people ask me before about the legitimacy of these websites and whether or not they’re actually real – they most certainly are. The performers are given a decent chunk of change for the intrusion into their lives and seem to get off over the hundreds, if not thousands of people that will be watching them make food, take off their clothes, walk around naked and even have sex in front of the webcam. The voyeur element here is a big selling point: you get control over cameras and basically act like big brother. I wouldn’t be surprised if some people get a twisted sense of power when flicking through all of the streams – it’s like something out of a horror movie! Alongside live streaming, Camarads also allows you to jump backwards in time up to 24 hours so that if you think you missed something special, you can always come back to see what unfolded at a later time. This does need premium membership though, so you’ll have to cough up a little cash in order to get the full experience – not unexpected, since these operations must cost quite a lot of money to get up and running. I suppose while we’re on the topic of premium membership, I might as well go through and tell you what you get when you do sign up.

So firstly, premium access here is around 30 bucks for 30 days and goes down to 20 bucks a month when you sign up for half a year. You’ll gain 24-hour replay access, full 1080p HD streaming (on all webcams in all apartments, as far as I understand it), a mobile friendly design and a few monthly promotions to boot that you might just see as being very aligned with your interests. All major credit cards are accepted and the whole process from start to finish takes about 2 minutes – I did it myself just to be sure (come on, it’s not like 30 bucks is going to ruin Mr. Porn Geek: I’m rolling in them Benjamins!). The biggest feature of premium is being able to look at all streams – free users only get a couple to enjoy and you’re limited with webcams there too. Most of the really erotic stuff happens in the bedrooms, where you won’t be able to see without grabbing a premium membership.

Options aplenty with Camarads

At the time of writing this review in July of 2019, Camarads currently has 8 different apartments for you to check out. These include both boy/girl and girl/girl arrangements – all are in the same time zone too, which appears to be GMT +3. Like I said before, premium gives you a 24-hour replay feature, so while watching live is the most enjoyable way to do things, you don’t have to worry if you’re in New Zealand or something and don’t want your only window of prime time jerking to be 5 a.m. or something ridiculous like that. Most apartments have anywhere from 5 to 10 webcams to check out, although again, free accounts only get 2 to 3 options – not ideal if you’re not willing to pay any money whatsoever for these voyeur streams.

The downsides of Camarads

The lack of interaction is probably the biggest deal here, but I think that just goes along with the whole voyeur theme – you’re not supposed to be watching what’s happening, so it really gives this intense power of control and invasiveness. I also couldn’t find any way to get highlights of the most recent streams, which competitive sites do have as an additional feature. Lastly, Camarads only operates on one time zone, which isn’t perfect for those that get a particular sense of pleasure out of the real-time nature of the streams.

Honestly, the free webcam shows here are quite good – you’ll see plenty of topless chicks and hot pussy shots if you check these apartments out between 7 p.m. and midnight local time. If you’re into the whole voyeur thing and don’t mind parting with a little cash, I think that Camarads is a great option to consider. The feeds offer great quality streaming and premium features are really quite cool indeed.
