CamSodaBB: a new idea!

I’ve written about Cam Soda before and while they were great quite a few years ago, I’m excited to be able to come back for a special feature that they’ve added here that no other place currently has. It goes by the name of CamSodaBB and I’ve spent 30 seconds looking at it before deciding that it’s a good idea for me to do a full write up on what it has to bring to the table. First impressions of CamSodaBB

So when you land at CamSodaBB, it appears to be a sort of Reddit-like feature, only the content is displayed somewhat similarly to Twitter. I’ll be honest with you: the number of clips and images here are pretty high compared to anything else. CamSodaBB is trying to be a Twitter of sorts, only instead of allowing everything, it’s mainly just self-promotional material for hot camgirls that work on the website. What’s great about this type of thing is that it’s 100% free to check out and you don’t even need an account, so if you’re new to Cam Soda and you don’t want to hand over an email address and go through all of that bullshit, that won’t impact your ability to enjoy what’s on offer here. How does it do as a source of jerking material in and of itself? Well, let’s talk a little more about what I’m seeing here.

The very first post I saw was a chick called moulinerouge shaking her fat ass in a thong in front of the camera, giving herself a spank and asking for someone to come along and punish her. GIFs here include normal MP4 videos (side note: I really hope that we one day come to a quick answer on what we want to call 1 to 60 second porn clips that are easily shared, because GIFs isn’t the right word), but girls can also upload the literal .GIF format if they so desire: it’ll be converted to MP4, but it will still retain that shitty color issue and ass framerate. A lot of the posts here are from camgirls, but there are also people who have signed up to CamSodaBB in order to share just about anything. I’m not sure if their endgame is to soak up all pissed off coomers from Reddit or to just keep the smut in-house, but any competition out there to what I consider to be the absolute worst state of modern amateur porn sharing these days is fantastic as far as I’m concerned. Long live CamSodaBB and their challenge to the status quo! Sure, there might be a few issues here, but they’re brand new and I’ve already sent some feedback to the team to give them my thoughts on what needs to be improved.
