They tell you about which devices a game can be played on, the general background of the story and shit like that. So, instead of being an actual porn gaming review site like the Geek’s, it is actually more of a list of games with a link to them.

Is Elog.tokyo worthwhile?

Elog.tokyo does have a great layout for their games. However, the translating options for this porn site do not extend to the front page of this site. So, when you are choosing a game to look at, you can’t tell what the hell it is. It is only when you click on a game that you can finally see a translated version of the page. So, while I do think that Elog.tokyo is a good porn gaming review site, despite the lack of actual reviews, I think that it is catering to a Japanese audience, rather than a worldwide audience.
