You’ve got to be careful out there when looking for porn websites – so many different destinations are going overboard trying to steal other people’s names on Google search results. Hell, even Mr. Porn Geek himself has an imitation website that claims to be the ‘official’ version – no fucking chance, buddy. There’s only one Mr. Porn Geek and he’s right here! Anyway, the reason why I bring this up is because the site I’m reviewing today has a bunch of imposters. It goes by the name of Hentai Haven and the website I’m looking at is available at the domain HentaiHaven.org – all of the other places you might see linked to are imitations. I like to keep it real, so yeah – nothing but the OG for me. Now then, how about we break this puppy wide open and see what’s on offer? Hope you’re excited, because I’m about to review the hell out of Hentai Haven.

From the homepage onward at Hentai Haven

So the homepage here is what I’d describe as being pretty nice if you’re someone stimulated by porn previews – around 70% of the screen is populated with hentai thumbnails from various different scenes that the website has to offer. You’ve got some useful links at the top that we’ll go over later and also a left-hand sidebar with a few extra features and gizmos. I do want to point out that you can actually toggle infinite scroll here on Hentai Haven, although the default way to look through content is with the tried and true method of pagination.

The preview segments contain a preview thumbnail of a very high quality, the name of the hentai show featured, its episode number and then three counters: one for comments, view and favorites. The little lightning bolt in the top right-hand corner of some scenes appears to be an ‘exclusive’ mark: this may mean that you won’t find the episode anywhere else on the Internet, although I can’t verify this as being true. One cool feature is that when you run your mouse over some of the thumbnails, it’ll display a small clip of the action you’ll expect to find inside. I think I liked how smooth it was above all else: Hentai Haven clearly refines their website on a constant basis to keep things neat, tidy and above all else, functional.

The meta features offered by Hentai Haven

So in the header of Hentai Haven, you’ll notice that the scenes here are sorted by default based on upload date, although I have no information on how often new content is added to the archive based on the meta information the site provides. Google did show me that no new scenes here have been added in 4 or so days at an absolute minimum, although that might just be the nature of hentai TV series – you’ve only got content to publish when new releases are put online for you to access! Anyway, aside from sorting based on upload date, you can also do it based on number of views, comments, ‘fap counters’ and even alphabetically if you’d prefer. The last feature of ‘by year’ doesn’t make much sense to me though: perhaps it flips the archive backwards so you see the very first scenes added to the website and then venture forward to the present day? Seems somewhat plausible, right?

On the left-hand side of the website, you’ll see a search box that you can use to make queries and then a random button if you’re not too sure on what you should watch. Just below that random button are three dropdowns: one for series, another for categories and the last for settings. The ‘series’ one is obviously what you’ll want to be hitting if you’re in the mood for seeing all of the episodes from one single show. You can click this link to see all of the reviews that they have – it’s incredibly comprehensive. We’re talking Harem Time, Rape Gohouka, Bangable Girl and Mankitsu Happening to boot! I’m sure that weebs will be jumping for joy based on those titles alone.

Okay, I can’t really say too much about the hentai here and how good it is simply because they have basically every single popular anime porn series known to man. Like I’ve said in other reviews: the question isn’t whether the site has good hentai videos, it’s whether you think hentai videos are good. The quality on most of the uploads is 720p, which given the high bitrates for anime-style renderings is more than sufficient for a high quality experience. Some have English subtitles and some don’t – you’ll also find censorship on some of the clips while others are without the pixilation. So yeah, a pretty stellar experience here, all things considered.
