I honestly can’t believe that I’ve waited this long to review JPEG World: I remember this website from when I first got involved in the adult entertainment industry! It might not be as popular as it used to be, what with tube sites existing, but if you’ve ever wanted to only look at pictures of sexy chicks getting nude and in some cases having hardcore sex, few places will beat this one. Today, I’m going to write up a full review of JPEG World so you can know what to expect, learn why it’s so great and get a little familiar with the best way to navigate around its various areas. So let’s kick things off with a look at the homepage: JPEG World is all about giving you access to the goods immediately. You’ll see that the bulk of the page here is devoted to showing off thumbnails of various sets, with the user having the ability to scroll down for more photographic goodness. There are multiple areas here with links nested in between for third-party websites, but all of the images you’ll see take you to sets (just click on them to see). These are ordered chronologically, so the latest publications are at the very top of the website.

Scroll down far enough at JPEG World and you’ll come across a few different links that are internal, although it turns out that these are also in the header, so you may just want to access them from the top of the site instead. Let’s talk a little about the links JPEG World has, shall we? I think the one most people are going to be excited by is the categories collection, which makes honing in on your favorite niche of choice an absolute walk in the park. Suppose you’re a bit of a porn snob and only like one particular type of nude photography: JPEG World can help! They’ve got areas here for big asses, feet, fisting, high heels, lesbian, teen and many other types of erotic content. You’ll also find a few niche-specific content blocks in the tags area, although I’m not convinced that needed to be separate. After all, you’ve got stuff like public, squirting and hairy in here – combine the two for the convenience of the user!

Exploring JPEG World’s content sources

So I don’t think it’ll come as much of a shock to punters out there that JPEG World doesn’t actually store anything locally: it’s all sourced from third-party providers. Turns out that there are quite a few sources for the photography on JPEG World, all of which you’ll find on the channels page, alongside content counts so you know how many uploads have come from each place! Just like the categories, you can click on these to go through to archive pages that contain everything you want in one spot. Enjoying photography at JPEG World

With a name like JPEG World, I think it’s fair for us to look at the photograph material on offer here when we’re exploring whether or not the site is any good. To put the porn to the test, I picked up 10 random photo sets from the homepage and then did a little analysis on them. Firstly, I want to mention that almost all of the galleries here had between 16 to 20 photographs – you may find a few posts with more or less, but that seems to be the standard approach to content at JPEG World. Resolutions do vary based on source, but you can expect to see snaps in 1000 x 667, 2500 x 1667 and 1920 x 1080 resolutions to name but a few. Quality is obviously a big concern here and I do think they’ve nailed it: these images look crisp and clear from most of the studios – especially those that focus extensively on erotic, nude, artistic photography.

JPEG World does provide you with a larger-size navigation display, but you can’t use the left or right arrows on your keyboard to cycle through the uploads – you’ll have to click on the ‘next’ and ‘prev’ links if you’d like to do that. There are no zipped photo sets for download, but you can head on over to the website they’re from if you’d like to see more. At the end of the day, JPEG World is an affiliate website that is promoting third-party studios, so you’ll have absolutely no issues finding a source for the smut you’ve uncovered. Some people complain about ads until they want to know where a particular piece of porn has come from – then they’re not so angry!

Final thoughts on JPEG World

When push comes to shove, I think that JPEG World does what it sets out to do pretty damn well. This site isn’t a full archive of image sets and is more of a cross between a pure advertising website and content source. They seem to balance both quite nicely and provide you with enough smut that you can jerk if you want but not enough that signing up to the original website has absolutely no value. This is a good way for the porn industry to be in my opinion – it’s getting harder and harder to make money in the game, so the more places like JPEG World, the better. Okay, so to sum it up in a few words: if you like erotic photography and general XXX images, definitely pay JPEG World a visit.
