Today, Mr. Porn Geek is going to be writing up yet another review for you to consider: it’s a project by the name of MegaSesso that I’ll be looking at. What I want to confirm ahead of time is the fact that this is an Italian website, so I hope for your sake you’ve got some translation tool (Chrome does this by default) or speak the language of pizza. First thoughts on MegaSesso

So the first thing that I want to talk about here is the fact that this is a tube-style destination, meaning that you better be coming here for the highest quality videos or you’ll be pretty disappointed by what you find on the other side. MegaSesso’s homepage appears to show the latest uploaded material, although you can use the dropdown to instead sort by duration, number of views and rating. This is all pretty standard stuff, but I think a little design improvement could be made to squeeze in more scenes. Additionally, I would like to see a ‘HD’ banner attached to the scenes which can be watched in 720p or 1080p qualities. Mr. Porn Geek has always noticed small things like this when it comes to tubes, so Italian sex movie destinations shouldn’t really get away with it if the big mainstream boys don’t. Overall, I think the homepage is pretty good based on this, but there is more to talk about, so let me continue with the MegaSesso experience.

If you have a specific niche that you’re interested in, the sidebar might be able to help you get your hands on exactly what it is that you want. Perhaps my biggest concern with regard to MegaSesso is the fact that you’re unable to actually change the resolution of the scenes, so what they’ve got is what you get. This is especially problematic if you have a poor Internet connection, or a really old, crappy laptop. One suggestion I would have is to offer variable qualities here on Mega Sesso, similar to the way that YouTube does it. Not everyone wants 1080p all the time – that’s just Mr. Porn Geek’s preference!

A note on security at MegaSesso

Before wrapping up this review, I do just want to mention the fact that currently, MegaSesso doesn’t have the ability for you to connect via HTTPS. This poses as a security concern for a lot of people and yeah: that’s a big issue. Going forward, I’d really like to see them add a certificate, not only to prevent attacks, but also to stop people snooping on what others are doing. It just makes sense, and since 95% of websites already have HTTPS, switching over is a no-brainer.
