PornoDrome is a porn tube site based in France. Or, at least, this site is all in French. Without many translating options for this site, anyone who can’t speak French, like the Geek, is already on the back foot on this site. However, despite this little annoyance, PornoDrome does seem to be a pretty good site. Although there are certain areas that this site could improve upon.

I will say, though, that I have enjoyed PornoDrome so far. There is some excellent porn on this site and plenty of categories to explore too. So, can this site continue to impress? Or will this site just be another porn tube site that should disappear forever? Well, to find that out, we have gotta dive deeper into the pussy of this site. So, let’s go on a porn quest, shall we dear reader, and find out what PornoDrome is all about.

The design of PornoDrome

When I first arrived on PornoDrome, I wasn’t too keen on the design. The porn videos are nicely laid out, and the porn does load quickly. Sadly, though, the style of this site seems a bit down in the dumps. There doesn’t seem to be much of this site that really looks that nice. On the homepage, for example, all of the porn thumbnails are in standard definition. Of course, it becomes clear why the porn thumbnails are SD when you start watching the porn videos (more on this later). But without a preview of the porn, it can be tricky to find a porn video to enjoy.

Also, I don’t like the way this site shows information about the porn scene. It seems like an afterthought, a messy afterthought. I like that you can see how long a porn video is on the homepage, but the red text, the rating and the views just seem too much. Finally, on the topic of design. PornoDrome has spent a lot of time on their categories page. This page looks beautiful in comparison to the low-quality thumbnails on the homepage. Each thumbnail for each porn category is a HD photo that matches the category perfectly. So, PornoDrome can make a nice looking site, they just happened to mess up the homepage.

The porn on PornoDrome

As I mentioned, the porn on PornoDrome all has low-quality thumbnails and no thumbnail preview either. This makes choosing a porn video on this site tricky. However, when you watch a porn video from this site, suddenly the reason for the thumbnail being such low quality becomes clear. All of the porn on PornoDrome is standard definition. Even porn from networks like Fantasy Massage, for example, porn videos that have definitely been available in HD, are in SD on this porn site.

Now, the reason that PornoDrome is only offering their porn in SD could be because most of the porn videos are full-length scenes. Most of the porn on this site is at least 20 minutes long, much of it is about 30 minutes. This is awesome, but porn of this length can need a shit load of computing power to run at HD. Perhaps PornoDrome doesn’t have the backend to run these porn videos in HD. This sucks, to be frank. I would love PornoDrome to have HD porn videos as this site does look and feel nice. The thumbnails bring the looks of this site down a fair bit. And the standard definition porn is really pixelated. It is as if the backend of this site is always on the back foot, trying to buffer the porn as you watch.

Areas that PornoDrome could improve

Of course, the biggest area for PornoDrome to improve is the porn. I love that this site is offering so much full-length porn, but it comes with a cost. That cost is that the porn is really hard to enjoy because you can barely see anything. So, what is the point in having all of this porn if no one can enjoy it?

There are a few more issues too. The translating issues I mentioned above. This site is all in French, and on the odd occasion, it gives you the option to translate the pages. So, on the categories porn page, PornoDrome allowed me to translate the page so I could see what each category of porn was about. However, on the pages of porn, they give you no such option. So, you now have a low-quality thumbnail, a French description and no preview of the porn scene to try and choose a porn scene to watch. This, of course, makes choosing a porn scene on this site bloody difficult. Just adding previews to the thumbnail could solve this. But again, the thumbnails are such low quality that it may make matters worse.

Is PornoDrome worth a squirt?

Honestly, I am not sure if PornoDrome is worth a squirt, to be honest. I did enjoy this site, though. All of the porn videos that I have tried have worked. However, everything is really low quality. Because of all the issues with this site it doesn’t make choosing a porn video fun. That is what porn is all about. Porn is meant to be a release, a fun act of horniness that provides some relief from your workday. On PornoDrome, it is a challenge to watch porn.

I can honestly say that PornoDrome is a good site, but it isn’t there yet. This site needs to boost its backend to accommodate HD porn. If they did, improved the thumbnails and added in the previews, PornoDrome could be a great porn site. However, right now, I cannot recommend that you visit this site. Sure, it has loads of full-length porn on it, but that doesn’t excuse the crap quality.
