So the first thing to realize about Thothub is that the main premise of the website is that you’re getting stuff you otherwise wouldn’t find outside licensed sites. This naturally means that there are some potential ethical boundaries being violated which will also bring lawsuit claims with them. I’m not the person to arbitrate these claims or to enforce the corrupt organization act. I think it’s best left up for the viewer to decide what they deem as willful conduct and what they think is unacceptable. As far as I’m concerned, it’s all porn and it’s all digital, so while I appreciate supporting the original creators of content, I don’t think it’s quite right to call of this stuff ‘theft’.
