I was tipped off about XVR Chat by a great friend of mine and someone who I know is pretty big when it comes to the world of VR adult entertainment. First impressions of XVR Chat

Before I go straight into this review, I do just want you to know that I don’t have one of those fancy devices for VR that everyone seems to be getting ahold of these days. I’m stuck with Google Cardboard and while that might be a little on the scuffed side, you’ll have to put up with the fact that I don’t have a huge budget to write up reviews on porn sites. So when you land on the homepage here, you’re not shown an immediate collection of camgirls who are down for some fun like you would on basically any webcam platform. Instead, XVR Chat requires you to scroll down a little in order to see them, since they have a huge banner of a sexy chick and some VR goggles right at the top of the page. I don’t want to tread on any toes early here, but come on – show us the goods early and we’ll be much more likely to stick around!

One of the biggest problems you’re going to find on a site like XVR Chat is that they have limited numbers of streamers available – so few camgirls want to make an investment into virtual reality webcams and it might end up not being worth it if the platforms don’t have the number of punters to justify it. What’s quite cool about XVR Chat is the fact that you don’t need an account here to check out the streams – they’re free to watch and while you will get a few popups asking you to create an account, they’re not too annoying that you can’t close them until you make up your mind on the platform. This is the point when I fired up my phone and started to enjoy some free VR webcam streaming: do note that the quality isn’t the greatest when you don’t have an account, but you unlock a higher resolution when actually using a headset. I don’t know if all of the girls use the same setup, but the camera offered basically full 180-degree rotation and decent sound quality. Since my girlfriend would kill me if I went into private with a camgirl to ‘test them out’, all I can do is guess that some of these chicks also have those binaural microphones that can facilitate ASMR alongside the virtual reality.

You often find that porn is at the forefront of ideas on the Internet and I think that XVR Chat is one prime example of how the next generation of connectivity between people is occurring right in front of our eyes. If you told someone about this 10 years ago, they’d have laughed at you – but look at the situation we find ourselves in right now. I had a fantastic time at XVR Chat and I think this is truly one of the most unique products I’ve seen since starting up Mr. Porn Geek.
